Will submitting a request charge me?+
No. The request form has no card fields and cannot charge you. Card information is requested securely through Stripe only after your first conversation and approval of the project plan.
How does payment work?+
After the consultation and your approval of the scope, an agreed deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due after you accept the completed product and before the clean final files are released.
What do I need to provide?+
Your product or service details, brand assets, preferred platforms, and any photos or footage you want us to use. If you do not have footage, note that in the brief.
When does my turnaround begin?+
Your delivery window starts after the brief, usable assets, scope, deposit, and production slot are confirmed. Large or simultaneous orders may be scheduled across more than one delivery window.
Are these videos ready to post?+
Yes. After final approval and balance payment, the delivered files are sized for vertical social platforms, include approved on-screen captions, and contain no preview watermark.
How do revisions work?+
Revisions cover reasonable changes to pacing, captions, and selected visual details. A completely new concept is quoted separately.
